Introduction
Old fuel, sulfur rich petrol and carbon make a residue that builds up inside the fuel injectors and clogs them, causing uneven quantity between separate cylinders, inferior spray pattern, poor atomization or leaking fuel when no current is passing through the injector coil. Diagnosing a faulty injector is not an easy task, because its symptoms may be the same as a bad coil/cable or a bad spark plug. There are a lot of DIYs on the web on how to clean your injectors using carburetor or brake cleaners and compressed air, fuel additives, etc. but the only and most effective way to deal with that issue is to have your injectors bench tested and professionally cleaned.
Here is where we step in.
Symptoms
Starting issues, uneven power delivery, rough idle, increased fuel consumption, poor emissions, mediocre engine performance, surging and stumbling under partial throttle loads, random engine knocks and detonations are clear signs that your injectors may need servicing. Leaking injectors are the worse since they can have all the symptoms listed above plus some fuel odor inside of the car and around the engine bay.

How we do it ?
We usually receive old and dirty injectors. Some of them have bad o-rings, cracked spacers, broken caps or even ripped/clogged microfilters.

We provide comparison data (before-after) for every set of injectors, that’s why our first job is to mark and test them as they arrive.
In some cases before the cleaning procedure injectors show poor spray pattern, with weak or no atomization, or even have leaks all over the place.
We simulate different engine rpm and loads and putting the injectors into 9 different test modes:
– Idling rpm test
– Idling spray volume test
– Accelerating test
– Shifting speed test
– Medium speed test
– Medium spray volume test
– High speed test
– High speed spray volume test
– Leak test at high pressure and no actuation

We’re disassembling injectors by removing all the o-rings, spacers, caps and microfilters and thoroughly examine for any mechanical damage, preparing them for the ultrasonic cleaning – inside and outside .
Brand new rubber and plastic components are installed and injectors are going through the same 9 tests again.

After we make sure your set is within specification, we package the injectors carefully, attaching the test results data and they are ready to be sent right back to you.
We also are returning all the old stuff we’ve replaced – o-rings, pintle caps, microfilters.
