Еxhaust manifold flange for DIY-ing your own turbo manifold.
Material can be mild steel or 304 stainless steel;
The default thickness is 12mm, but other can be specified in the order notes.
Feel free to contact us if you’ll need a T3 or T4 flange too.
Please note that the due to the laser cutting and the specific pattern a slight bend forms. You can use a shop press to minimise its curvature. Furthermore when fabricating a manifold it is advisable to use a solid flat base to hold it while welding the tubing. After that it is highly recommended to have the sealing face machined to achieve a flat surface before installation – failing to do so might cause cracked welds and shorten the life span of your manifold.
